Ingredients are seasonal and local

We prepare our dishes with heart and soul, using an abundance of seasonal and local ingredients.

There are local fishes such as grouper and cod, rock oysters and turban shells. You will see wild vegetables, such as bracken, Japanese mustard sprouts, and butterbur sprouts in the spring.

In autumn, we cook a wild mushrooms with vegetables from the vegetable garden.

Please enjoy a meal that you can only taste here.

A Variety of beautiful Sake

Akita is a treasure trove of sake.

Akitas sake is made by the high quality rice, mild soft water, and cold climate with the skillful techniques. We also offer the wines from Japan and a variety of non-alcoholic drinks made in house. *Now in preparation

About meal
  • If you have any food allergies or religious restrictions, please inform us at the time of reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but there is a possibility that we may not be able to do so completely. Thank you for your understanding.
  • You will be served the meal in the dining hall.
  • If you bring your own sake, wine, etc., we will charge you 2,200 yen per bottle for the cost of glasses and ice.
